The department holds numerous meetings every day as a result of this. Abhay Kumar, the department's additional chief secretary, claims that all concerned officers and the chief executives of each Zilla Parishad have received instructions.

As part of this, at least 75 indigenous plants must be planted in the Amrit Vatika that will be created as part of the "Meri Mati, Mera Desh" programme run by the state's Amrit Mahotsav of Independence. Additionally, take on the duty of cultivating these plants.

Every village's haul of soil will arrive in Delhi, the nation's capital. Earthen urns will be transported from every village to the Gramme Panchayat and from the Gramme Panchayats to the block level as part of this programme that is being organised on the completion of the Amrit Mahotsav's first and its conclusion.

At every level, various programmes will be set up. The volunteers of Nehru Yuva Kendra will transport this soil urn from the block to the nation's capital. the year location of the national-level event. Government Secretary for the Panchayati Raj Department Ravi Ja has given all officers the order to carry out all events, including building the Shailpalakkam memorial site, in accordance with the spirit of the programme.
