1. Martyr's Day is celebrated in India on 30th January and 23rd March.
2. On 23rd March 1931, Bhagat Singh, Sukhdev Thapar, and Shivaram Rajguru were hanged in Lahore Jail by the Britishers.
3. On 30th January 1948, Nathuram Godse shot and killed Mahatma Gandhi ji.
4. The death anniversary of great freedom fighters are celebrated as Martyr's Day.
5. Those great freedom fighters fought bravely to liberate the country of India.
6. On Martyr's Day, respect is given to those great martyrs who lost their lives for the freedom of India,

10. Martyr's Day is celebrated to remember the great freedom fighters.
