1) Braille script is used by Blind people.

2) Blind people read books in Braille script by running their fingers on them and feeling them.

3) Braille script was invented by Louis Braille, a Frenchman in the late 1820s.

4) Louis Braille himself was a visually challenged person.

5) The Braille script consists of a row of raised dots. 

6) Dots make up letters of the alphabet, numbers, and punctuation marks.

7) Braille system has 63 dot patterns or characters. 

8) Each character is made up of 1 to 6 raised dots arranged in a six-position matrix or cell.

9) Braille script has been adapted in many languages.

10) It is a gift for blind people and taught in schools for blind.
