Essay on Women's Empowerment in English For Students and Children

Women empowerment is to empower women to make their own decisions for their personal development as well as social development.

Women empowerment would mean encouraging women to be self-reliant, and independent, having positive self-esteem, instilling confidence to face any difficult situation and encouraging active participation in various socio-political development efforts,

In ancient times, women were treated very badly by the family and society. They were not given education and were confined to doing household chores only.

They were kept completely oblivious of their rights and development. Half of the country is women, so women's empowerment is very important to make the country a fully powerful country.

There are many ways to empower women. To do this both individuals and the government must come together. Education should be made compulsory for girls so that women can become literate to make a life for themselves.

Women should be given equal opportunities in every field, whatever may be normal. Also, they should be given equal pay. We can also empower women by ending child marriage in India.

Which is usually organized in village areas, various programs should be organized where they can be given the ability to defend themselves in case of a financial crisis.

More importantly, the same divorce and abuse should be thrown out the window. Many women stay in abusive relationships because of the fear of society. Parents teach their daughters that it's okay to come home to a divorcee instead of a coffin.

Women's empowerment in the true sense will be achieved only when there is a change in the treatment of women in society with due respect, dignity, fairness and equality.

gender inequality"

Women empowerment refers to empowering women to enable them to make decisions for themselves. Women empowerment is made up of two words women and empowerment. Empowerment means power or authority to someone.

So women empowerment means power in the hands of women. It shows that women should be given equal opportunities in every field irrespective of any discrimination.

Women empowerment is the process that creates power in women to lead a happy and dignified life in society. Women are empowered when they can access opportunities in various fields like education, profession, lifestyle etc without any restrictions and limits.

Women's empowerment is the most important point for the overall development of a country. History says that women were abused.

In the present scenario for the abortion of a girl child in ancient times, women are facing such violence.

Not only this, these heinous crimes against the women's system, honour killing, domestic violence etc. are still happening in India. Women can be empowered in different ways.

This can be done by government schemes as well as on an individual basis, at the individual level, we should start respecting women and giving them equal opportunities as men.

We should promote and encourage them for jobs, higher education, and professional activities. To empower women, the government has come up with various schemes like Beti Bachao-Beti Pardhu Yojana, Mahila-e-Haat, Mahila Shakti Kendra, and Working Women Hostel. Apart from these plans.

We are such people who can also empower women by ending social evils like the dowry system, and child marriage, these small steps will change the status of women in society and make them feel empowered.
