I am a student of class ___, I would like to share some strategies which were adopted to manage the stress of pandemic as it depends on how we can get over our difficulties. First of all I used to pray to God that all human beings should be healthy.
I have stopped checking updates for coronavirus. It makes sense to be informed and prepared about the p-endemic. On the other hand, watching to hear the continuous media coverage can make us unnecessarily disturbed. That's why I stopped watching updates about the pandemic.
I learned how to protect myself and my family from covid-19, we all take precautionary measures. I used everyday activities as learning opportunities.
I have established an effective study routine by making a timetable. I don't spend much time on social media or playing games. I thought it would be a waste of time. Being physically active is so important.
Therefore, I sued to exercise and mediate. I learned a new hobby of gardening. Nutritious food is very important for the brain. I eat healthy food. I take at least 6 to 8 hours of sleep to re-energize my energy and mind.

• When I felt bored or focused, I would take short breaks, have some breakfast and go back to study.
• I take at least 6 to 8 hours of sleep to re-energize my body and mind.
• I regularly connect with my friends via video chat. It was a healthy discussion on academically different topics.
• I learned a new skill in cursive writing.

Due to the outbreak of the COVID 19 pandemic, physical classes have changed to online classes. Studying from home was challenging.

• In the earlier days of staying at home, I use to have shorter learning sessions and gradually increase my learning sessions.
• I analysed my calibre and use to set goals every day. Once achieved, I use to reward myself.
• I didn't spend much time on social media or playing games. I thought it would be a waste of time.
• Excessive use of the mobile phone can create a distraction. So, I fixed a time to use a mobile phone. Other than that time I never touched my mobile. It is just a kind of refresh time for me.
• organised my study table and used my sticky notes to write down concepts and ideas. Being physically active is so important. I use to exercise and eat healthy food.
• When I felt bored or unfocused, I use to take short breaks, have some snacks and get back to study.
