Independence day speech for students of class 4 or 5

We celebrate Independence Day as the national festival of India. This day marks the anniversary of national independence from the British Empire on 15 August 1947.

Moreover, it is the most auspicious day for the people of India as India became independent after much suffering and sacrifices of brave Indian freedom fighters.

From that day 15 August becomes a very important day in Indian history and in the heart of every Indian. Also, the whole country celebrates this day with full patriotic spirit.

After independence, Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru was elected as the first Prime Minister of India. In addition, he hoisted our tricolour flag at the Red Fort in the national capital, New Delhi.

Since then, every year we celebrate Independence Day in Red Fort New Delhi. In addition, the army performs a number of functions, including cultural programs of a march past by school students.

Furthermore, we celebrate Independence Day to remember the freedoms that we sacrificed to achieve this freedom. As they are the ones who fought for our country. Also, on that day we forget our differences and unite as one true nation.

Importance of independence day celebration

We celebrate Independence Day extensively in our country. Also, every government building is decorated with tricolour lights which are orange, white and green like the national flag.

In addition, every officer and office employee, whether private or government, has to appear in the office to hoist flags and sing our national anthem. Apart from this, there are many other reasons to celebrate Independence Day.

Independence day speech for students of class 6 or 7

Good morning everyone, honourable principal, qualified teachers, my dear students, wishes you all a very happy independence day today.

Respected Sir, as we all know we have gathered here to celebrate the 73rd Independence Day of our beloved India.
Today, everyone from one part of our country to another is raising slogans of "Jai Bharat Mata".

It is truly a feeling of freedom and love for the land. But, we all know, this freedom is difficult.
All of them have decades of sacrifice and struggle. The land on which we breathe is thanks to the struggle of our great men led by eminent personalities. Gandhiji, Nehru Lal, Sabash Chandra and others.

Freedom is a gift. It is a gift of sacrifices, sleepless nights, brutal tortures and conflicts performed by our ancestors.
History is an open chapter. It tells us about the sacrifices of our ancestors for this land. This freedom is due to the struggles of Babu Mahatma Gandhi.
He stood like a rock for the rights of the people. He was jailed several times. He faced many difficulties, yet he backed down.

The credit for this freedom goes to our great leader Pandit Nehru Lal. He never compromised the rights of the people.
He renounced each and everything and supported the cause of freedom. And this freedom is due to the sacrifices of our other leaders Bal Gangadhar Tilak, Lala Lajpat Ray, Bhagat Singh, Khudi Ram Bose, and Chandra Shekhar Azad. Respected friends.

In British India, we were all in chains. Our rights were compromised. We felt suffocated. Our social, political and economic situation was very bad.
And in the end, it was not an honour for Indians to be in slavery to foreign forces.

Slavery is a curse. You can see it around the world. What is the status of nations that are still slaves today? We should be grateful to our leaders who realized this.

Respected Sir, all of us are gathered here today just to raise slogans and perform formalities. Our land needs more than us. We have to fulfil the promises we are making from our land.

No doubt, we are an independent land. But this free land is surrounded by a host of problems. We are facing many issues today.

Like the issue of backward people, youth unemployment, poverty, underdevelopment of rural areas and more.

Apart from all these problems, our country has many good things. We are a nuclear power country. We have a large and brave army.
Our borders are safe. And our enemies are afraid of us. We are the largest democracy of free and happy people in the world.

We are politically powerful, economically strong and militarily advanced. As a youth, we are the future of our nation for tomorrow.
We need to look at problems and find solutions immediately. We have to be united. As our great leader Nita ji Gandhi Gandhi said,
"The future depends on what we do in the present." Therefore, we have to use our today for a better tomorrow.

Dear friends, there is strength in unity. Therefore, we have to be united. We have to promise today that we will never let our land be damaged. We have to do everything possible to make our country powerful and honourable in the world.

Let's unite, work hard and tell all your friends and enemies alike. We are friends with friends and we are harsh with enemies. thank you.

Now after the independence India has been the biggest democracy in the world our country is a most famous country for the saying of unity in diversity it faced many incidents testing its secularism

Independence day speech for students of class 11 or 12 and more

Good morning and namaste to all of you. I extend my warm greetings. Independence of India. As we celebrate with joy and fervour,
we also need to pay tribute to those who fought tirelessly to achieve freedom and those who shaped its destiny with vision and wisdom.
It is important to reflect on who shaped the Indian dream and how India has stood as a beacon to the world with its glorious culture and tradition.

Scientists and scholars from across the world have applauded the Indian ethos and knowledge tradition.
Einstein acknowledged with gratitude and I quote, We owe a lot to the Indians who taught us how to count without which no worldwide scientific discovery could have been made, unquote.
The German scholar Max Müller also picked one of the greatest tributes to the Indian reflective tradition and the Indian mind.

When he said, and I quote again If I ever asked under what sky the human mind has most fully developed, some of its choicest gifts, has most deeply pondered on the greatest problems of life and found solutions.

I should point to India uncaught. It does well to remember such salutations to India and its evolved culture.
It adds to our pride and self-esteem to continually remember the idealism and values that govern a great nation like ours is perhaps also necessary.
As India discovers itself again, we need to augment the value system. We need to also come together to develop a nation of harmony, peace and development.
We need to build a legacy that is free from the prevalent negativity, free from oppression, free from prejudice and corruption.
A preamble to the Constitution says we the people not die. The journey from I to us.
To my mind is the journey of triumph, of triumph, of progress and advancement. Let us all strive to be on this journey that I've been through, not to.
Gore had dreamed of this destiny in Judy for the young India, where the mind is without fear and the head is held high, where knowledge is free, where the world has not been broken up into fragments of narrow domestic walls, where boards come out from the depths of truth.

We need to constantly work towards realising and pursuing the goals individually in order to be collectively responsible. Our beloved former president, APJ Abdul Kalam sahib, had POIT mentally directed us to ponder on how to shape an elevated mind.
And I'm quoting If a country is to be corruption free and become a nation of beautiful minds, I strongly feel there are three societal members who can make a difference.
They are the father, the mother and the teacher in his quintessential simple style.
He reminds us of our responsibility towards our children, the inheritance that we all can leave them with.
A university is much more than an institution of learning. To me, it is the temple that educates the younger generation more as its character creates. A new intellectual leader builds an integrated self.
That is why it is an institution of higher learning. As teachers, we need to have, in Buxton's words, a responsive understanding and nurture and impart the treasure of knowledge.

As students, my young friends, you need to be building to absorb the new ideas. Learn to be diligent and focused in achieving your goals.
Set a goal, I would say. You must also constantly look for ideals to follow. Role models are indeed important, even if some argue against it.
I must mention either single girl who top the UPC this year, a person with a disability on being asked to comment. Her achievement, you must remember what she said.

She said it is not an achievement when I achieve something for the nation and for the advancement of the nation, that would be my achievement. I think it's important to remind ourselves of these young leaders that have emerged on the platform of India,

British said Orge daily labourer's daily wage workers son who cracked and made it to the IHT dreams of India free of child labour. It's very important to look at what these young Indians want.
I think we need to look at it and I like what he said and look at the origin narrative of this boy.

He says that the only way to triumph over one's challenges is to work hard and with conviction. Very simple, but very effective way.
It should come. Shubham is the youngest golf champion. You know he is milk when their son won gold in the World Junior Championship.
And he says very simply, he says there are no shortcuts in life. Hard work is only the key to success.

I think all of them are from humble backgrounds. It does well to remember that, and all of them have come up with the zest, confidence and ability that they have harnessed.
I think these are not just success stories. These are all stories of determination, focus and faith in oneself.
It is also important to learn to stand up for something, even if it means standing alone because often times it is said the one who flies alone has the strongest rings.

It is in the pursuit of goals that you believe in and the honesty and diligence with which you pursue it. Like the success of advancement.

One of my goals, and if I knew English and foreign languages university has been to lead it towards development, through intellectual vibrancy, through knowledge, culture and transparency.

Integrity has been the hallmark of this journey. I must acknowledge the support of the faculty, administrative and statutory officers, non-teaching and the students in realizing the dream of an institution of an international repute.

Nelson Mandela had said that is no easy walk to freedom. Any bit ideas are always pursued through courage, integrity and vision.
So we collectively did and will do it. English in Foreign Language University. Towards up contribution to nation-building. In celebrating our Independence Day.
Let us be aware that India beckons each one of us to play a dynamic role in nation-building. Let us all pledge dedication, commitment and patriotism on the road to progress and development, not just for today, but all times to come.

Independence Day is just a reminder to all of us incomer berating the nation's independence.
We also need to pledge to liberate ourselves from the dark colonies of factionalism, sectarianism and divisive politics.
On this day, we must remind ourselves of the sacrifice, dedication and nationalistic fervour of our freedom fighters to all leaders who have given a direction to our nation.

The leaders who I see as entrepreneurs who have actually moulded the advancement and the progress that we see today in our country as English and foreign languages family,
we must all take pride in ourselves for being a pre-eminent band Indian institution that articulates and demonstrates the diversity and richness of the varied cultures of India today.
You must we must pledge to refashion the country's intellectual boundaries with the values and cultural mourning's that India is known for. Let us resolve to excel in our field of knowledge, fulfil our own dreams, our parent's dreams and our teachers.
